Amy Schade

Amy Schade is a User Experience Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group in the New York office.
She works with clients large and small in a variety of industries such as music, government, banking, publishing, insurance, travel, cars, international organizations, e-commerce and education, including extensive work on corporate intranets. She has conducted worldwide user research, including longitudinal studies and eyetracking research, running studies in the Before joining NN/g, Schade worked as an Information Architect at Arc eConsultancy. At Arc, she created and revised site architectures for clients ranging from a family-related content site to a transaction-based sponsorship marketplace. Schade has also held a variety of positions in web production and advertising.
