Luice Hwang
Project Manager
Luice Hwang is the Project Manager for Nielsen Norman Group. She is responsible for the company's business development and operations. She manages the logistics for the NN/g User Experience conference series, oversees client/vendor relations, and shares in a variety of other duties including HR, PR and marketing responsibilities.
Before joining NN/g, Hwang worked as a manager at Citigroup's user experience team in Los Angeles and New York. She coordinated the design and testing of consumer and commercial banking systems, and worked on a variety of products, including home banking systems, ATMs, mobile devices, business software applications and commercial financial software applications.
Hwang's experience in conducting international usability studies spans three continents. She has led usability studies for the European, Asian, and South American markets. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
