The conference will be held at The Westin Chicago River North, where Nielsen Norman Group
has negotiated a discounted room rate of $249 per room plus tax, single occupancy.
NN/g’s discounted room rate is available only through online registration, and does not include a 15.4% tax. The rate will be honored
between April 16 and April 26, 2008, and is subject to availability. We recommend that you register as early as possible.

Adjacent to the city’s central business district, the four-star, four-diamond hotel overlooks the Chicago River and is nestled in the heart of the theatre district where entertainment, fine restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques abound.
Book at least 3 nights at the conference hotel, and you will receive a US $150 credit towards
buying Nielsen Norman Group research reports at the conference (expires after the event, so come prepared).
Travel:
Complete ground transportation information is available from both the Chicago O'Hare Airport and Chicago Midway Airport websites, including trains, buses, and shuttles to downtown Chicago.
Continental Airport Express (+1 312 454 7800) offers shuttle services to the Westin Chicago River North hotel for a rate of $21 from O’Hare and $16 from Midway.
