The User Experience conference welcomes exhibitors and sponsors interested in reaching our elite audience of corporate user experience professionals.

Who Should Exhibit?

Our conference is ideal for companies offering products or services targeted to websites, intranets, and user experience professionals. Examples include:

  • Usability lab software or equipment
  • Search software for websites or intranets
  • Content management systems
  • Intranet portals
  • Web design agencies

Exhibiting is also a great way to recruit highly qualified usability staff.

Unlike typical tradeshows where visitors are overwhelmed by booths, User Experience features a small number of exhibitors. The conference is a professional event, with specialized, high-level training seminars. Our audience is highly motivated to learn and to seek out new solutions and opportunities.

Prices

For a standard small booth--basically, a table from which you can showcase demos and handouts--exhibitor fees are:

  • One day in one city: US$500
  • All conference days in one city: US$2,000
  • All conference days in all cities: US$5,000

We do offer bigger booths at additional cost, but because this is not a tradeshow, you don’t need a huge booth to stand out.

Sponsorship

You can go beyond the booth to show your support for usability and gain additional exposure to the audience by sponsoring a reception, breakfast, lunch, or morning or afternoon break.
