The conference will be held at the

CAD $179 per room plus tax.

the entertainment, fashion, theatre and financial districts, the Hilton Toronto hotel offers an exquisite
location amid some of the most revered Toronto attractions.
NN/g’s discounted room rate is available only through online registration,
and does not include tax. The rate will be honoured between 6 August
and 17 August, 2010, and is subject to availability. We recommend that you register as early as possible.
Book at least 3 nights at the conference hotel, and you will receive a CAD $150 credit towards
buying Nielsen Norman Group research reports at the conference (expires after the event, so come prepared).
Travel:
The Hilton Toronto hotel is accessible via Pearson International Airport.
From Pearson International Airport you can take an Airport Express Shuttle which runs every 20-30 minutes
and costs $19.95 one way, travel time is approximately 45 minutes. For more information and for a shuttle

Taxis fares from the airport are zoned and run approximately $49.00 and up depending on the zone (tolls are
not included). The Hilton Toronto website provides detailed information, including

Meals:
NN/g will provide a daily continental breakfast, and refreshments during breaks.
The hotel offers several dining options on-site, including Barristers Bar, Tundra Restaurant, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, the largest
upscale steak house in the world.
Beyond the hotel, dining options abound. There are many good online sources for guidance, including
