Susan Pernice

Customer Care Manager

With extensive experience in corporate administration and building customer loyalty programs, Susan administers the Customer Care program at NN/g. Susan's experience is primarily with high technology firms, such as Lotus Development Corporation and Wang Laboratories, Inc. She has also successfully developed dynamic community and client focused programs in the non-profit and sports management industries. Before joining Nielsen Norman Group, she effectively established Human Resources departments at start-up companies, managed major programs for the esteemed Boston Marathon, served on the Jimmy Fund Council of Greater Boston and on the Board of Directors of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She is based in Maryland.
