Overview

The preferred way for you to buy our reports is to use our online ordering system. This is fully automated and you can download your report immediately after your credit card has cleared. (With the exception of a few physical products, such as training videos on DVD, which are shipped out as soon as the order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center.)
Some companies need a paper invoice or do not allow employees to buy products online. Also, some people do not have a credit card or do not want to enter their number on a website. Therefore, we accept several alternative means of payment.

Accepted Forms of Payment
|

- Check in U.S. dollars
- Bank transfer
- Credit card number sent by mail, fax, or phone (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)
- Purchase order, followed by payment in one of these forms
Before you pay, we can mail, email, or fax you a paper invoice that you can give to your accounting department to get them to initiate payment.
Once payment has been received, we will mail you a CD-ROM with the report(s) you have bought. The package will include a receipt.
You can also request a download for faster delivery, in which case we will email you the receipt.

Processing Fee
|

Because of the overhead of manual processing, we do have to charge an additional fee for shipping, handling, and administration. Almost all of this fee is for handling and administration, unless you request Federal Express which is very expensive for international shipments.
- Download: $15
- Regular mail (world-wide): $20
- FedEx, within the United States: $30
- FedEx, other countries (including Canada): $60
Sales tax will be added to orders sent to California.
If you are outside the United States, your own country's customs authorities may charge import duty or value-added tax for receiving a shipment from abroad. Any customs fees are your own responsibility.

How to Order

Please include the following information:
- Which report(s) you want to buy
- Whether you want a single-user license or a site license (ignore this question if you are buying a DVD)
- Whether you want to download the files or have your product sent by regular mail or FedEx (downloading doesn't apply to physical products like videos on DVD)
- How you want to pay, and whether you need an invoice first (in any case, we include a receipt with the shipment)
- Your physical mailing address (note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please include a street address if you request FedEx service)
We will get back to you quickly with specific instructions for paying.
Privacy policy: email addresses are never sold, rented, or shared with anybody. We only email you in connection with your purchase.
