Completing this course will give you insight into this type of information, and how to best present it on your site and ensure that it's easy to find, understand, and use.
This comprehensive course highlights the findings from six different research studies. In total, 68 websites were tested, including:
- 38 large company sites
- 11 medium-company sites
- 10 small company sites
- 6 governmental sites
- 3 non-profit sites
These studies targeted various audience segments such as: the general public (e.g. students & potential customers), journalists, individual investors, institutional investors, and financial analysts.
The studies were conducted worldwide in Boston, New York City, San Diego, Copenhagen, London, and Hong Kong.
