Marie Tahir

Marie Tahir was a member of Nielsen Norman Group from 2000 to 2002 when she left to join a Silicon Valley-based software company. While at NN/g, Tahir reported directly to Jakob Nielsen. Among other projects, Tahir was Dr. Nielsen's co-author for the Homepage Usability book, helped develop a strategy for online customer support for one of the world's biggest companies, and conducted the audience interviews for the Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Sydney stops of the User Experience World Tour in 2001.
