Empower and guide UX and product teams to reach their full potential
Adel Du Toit
Guest Speaker at NN/G, Head of Product Experience at Revizto, Founder of Design Leadership Lab
Adel du Toit has spent two decades building and leading UX and product teams, and she now coaches the people who run them. She is Head of Product Experience at Revizto and the founder of Design Leadership Lab, where she works with design leaders and teams on what makes them effective: clear decisions, honest support, and durable teaming under pressure.
She has a long record of scaling design where it didn't exist before. As Head of UX at Bentley Systems she grew the UX organisation to 120 designers, 200% growth in 2 years. At Boston Consulting Group she founded a 35-person UX Centre of Excellence from the ground up and built a satisfaction framework across 111 products that lifted user satisfaction by 10%. Earlier, at Cisco, she helped pioneer the user experience and Agile practices behind several award-winning products.
Adel also coaches teams on relationship systems and effectiveness, and increasingly works where design and product leadership meets AI adoption, which she treats as a human and team problem first, not a technology one.
