Which NN/G Training Format Is Right for You?

All courses take place over Zoom and require streaming audio and video to your computer. Most courses invite you to join breakout rooms and speak with other participants. Make sure you have:

• A laptop or desktop computer (using a tablet is not recommended)
• A stable high-speed internet connection
• Speakers or headphones
• A microphone
• A webcam (recommended)

Yes, you'll be invited to join an exclusive Slack community for all event attendees the week before the event starts. This community is for both course-related discussion and networking with fellow participants. Your access to the community will never expire.

60 minutes before your course begins, your Zoom link and course materials will be available when you log into your NN/G profile.

We do not recommend attending our classes from a small-screen device. Although you will be able to connect to the meeting, it will be difficult to see the detailed examples shared during class. It will also be extremely difficult to participate in collaborative exercises that typically require typing and interacting with documents.

No, we do not record live training, and recording yourself is not allowed. Our live online training includes extensive interactive exercises and unique Q&As that can’t be replicated in a recorded format and may contain attendees’ personal information. Note-taking, however, is encouraged.

Yes, every course includes downloadable files, including a PDF of the slide deck, activity files, additional resources, and, where applicable, free tool trials from tools NN/G practitioners have used and trust themselves.

To complete all courses, you will need:

• A computer, tablet, or mobile device
• An internet connection

Each course might also require additional tools, such as Microsoft or Google products (e.g., Word or Docs), AI tools, or Miro. A list of the tools required for each course can be found on the course's description page. Access to tools is not provided through course purchase.

Most self-paced courses take 2–6 hours to complete, depending on your personal learning style and goals.
