Ayan Bihi

Ayan is a Guest Instructor at NN/G with over 12 years of experience leading UX and Analytics teams. She believes strong design begins with rigorous insight and translates into deliberate action, a perspective shaped early in her career by her studies in sociology and industrial design at ENSCI–Les Ateliers.

That combination of curiosity and creativity defines her leadership approach. Throughout her career, she has championed design's role in product strategy, and she extends that advocacy through mentorship, public speaking, and the Ascend UX Podcast, where she engages industry leaders in conversations that illuminate the realities of a career in design.

Her career spans consulting across industries such as luxury, energy, and banking, culminating in her leadership of design and data strategy for AI-powered products serving global businesses and consumers.
