Claire Jen

Claire Jen is a web form specialist and the instructor of the course Designing Web Forms: Effectively Collect User Data. She currently works as a Product Designer at Raylu AI, where she defines core product features and shapes the end-to-end experience of a data-rich B2B web application. She draws on a background in graphic design and a research-led, systems-minded approach to her work, and is passionate about turning complex problems into clear, accessible, and emotionally resonant experiences.

Her experience spans healthcare, education, and fintech SaaS, with a focus on 0-to-1 product design, scalable design systems, and accessible, human-centered experiences. She began her career as a visual designer at Phrozen Technology, a 3D printer manufacturer, where a growing interest in service design and UX strategy drew her into the field.

Claire holds a Master of Science in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute and a bachelor’s in Commercial Design from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. She is based in Brooklyn, New York.
