Connor Chan is a Research Assistant with Nielsen Norman Group. He is based in Seattle, Washington.
Connor is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a concentration in Human-computer Interaction from the University of Washington’s Information School and a minor in Data Science. Connor has experience in UX research and design varying from hackathon projects to redesigning the mobile application for REV Delivery, a Seattle delivery service.
