Harshveen Kalsi is a UX designer based in Boston, Massachusetts. With a master's in information systems and expertise in human-computer interaction, he focuses on systems-level UX and designing accessible, human-centered digital products.

Harshveen joins NN/G with deep cross-industry experience spanning MarTech, Fintech, Automotive ERP, and Federal GovTech. His proud project includes reworking the UX on BENEFEDS.gov, serving 1.2M+ federal employees, where he contributed to onboarding systems, design tokens, and accessibility-first UX. He has also successfully mentored 6+ UX professionals in their career transformation through ADPList and UXPA Boston.
