Luice Hwang

Luice Hwang is the Director of Training Operations and Client Relations. She manages live training operations, oversees client/vendor relations, and shares in a variety of other duties including HR, PR, and marketing responsibilities.

Before joining NN/g, Hwang worked as a manager at Citigroup's user experience team in Los Angeles and New York. She coordinated the design and testing of consumer and commercial banking systems, and worked on a variety of products, including home banking systems, ATMs, mobile devices, business software applications and commercial financial software applications.

Hwang's experience in conducting international usability studies spans three continents. She has led usability studies for the European, Asian, and South American markets.
