Megan Brown is an Experience Specialist with Nielsen Norman Group, focusing on design. She graduated from North Carolina State University’s College of Design with a Bachelor of Graphic Design, which has fueled her interest in service design and advanced prototyping. Megan currently runs the NN/G social media channels while also helping to improve the visual design and experience of the website. She enjoys designing intuitive experiences that help users navigate complex systems.

Megan is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
