Sharbani is a Guest Instructor at NN/G and the Founder and CEO of DotInfinity, where she works with organizations navigating growth across Australia and Asia.

She operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and cross-border collaboration, blending human-centric product strategy, AI-enabled innovation, and deep commercial insight to help leaders move from intent to execution. Her work spans APAC market commercialisation, bilateral India–Australia initiatives, and advisory engagements across market entry, partner ecosystems, and responsible AI adoption.

Prior to founding DotInfinity, Sharbani led Design Operations at Australia Post, shaping national customer experience programs grounded in human-centred design, an approach that continues to anchor her work today.
