She has expertise in UX strategy, facilitation, storytelling, product design, and stakeholder management, and is passionate about empowering UX professionals to build skills, solve complex problems, and elevate UX maturity within their organizations.
Prior to joining NN/g, Rachel was a UX consultant working on product teams. She has collaborated with clients across numerous industries, including manufacturing, industrial tools, ecommerce, and social media, bringing a nuanced understanding of their unique challenges and goals. She enjoys mentoring others and breaking down complex topics into actionable insights that drive meaningful change.
